Weekend Intensive May 17-19 2024
Our weekend intensives are small, intimate events. We generally have 30-40 participants so there will be many opportunities for connecting with fellow participants and with Adam and Ashley. This year we will be offering a hybrid event with opportunities to join in person or online . The event will take place at the Tranzac Club (Main Hall), located at 292 Brunswick Ave, Toronto, ON M5S 2M7. The Tranzac is south of Bloor, just east of Bathurst and steps from both Bathurst and St. George Subway Stations.

Exploring the Archetypes of the Astrologer: Shaman, Magician, Healer
In this talk, we will explore the archetypes of the astrologer throughout the history of astrology. Are we magicians, diviners, shamans, priestesses, or healers? Or are we some combination of all of them? What does it mean to live into the archetype of the astrologer, and how can we find the right archetype that matches the way in which we relate to or practice astrology?

The Secret Symbolism of the Houses: A Healing Journey into the Origins of the 12 Houses
In this talk, we will unpack the ancient symbolic roots of the 12 houses, and as we go, we will pair the symbolism of each house with corresponding herbs that can be used to remediate, heal, or work with challenging planets, energies, or themes coming up in each of the houses. We will then take a guided meditation with the plant allies we bring up in relation to the house.

Tincture Packages
Twelve different tinctures selected by the Elenbaases to help heal the 12 astrological houses. Kits will include 12, 5mL bottles. One each of peppermint, nettles, rosemary, chamomile, elderberry, echinacea, damiana, black cohosh, holy basil, dandelion, lemon balm and milky oat seed.
Please note, the tincture package is optional, and not included in any ticket option. For our online attendees, we require your shipping address for a tincture package. The cost of shipping is included in the price of the kit. We will be shipping these out on a biweekly basis. Please note that we will only ship to continental U.S. and Canada.

About Adam & Ashley Elenbass
Adam Elenbaas is a professional astrologer and author from the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Adam holds an M.A. and MFA in Creative Writing. His first book, a Publisher’s Weekly top book of the year, called Fishers of Men: The Gospel of an Ayahuasca Vision Quest was published by Tarcher/Penguin in 2010. Adam was one of the founding writers of RealitySandwich.com, and when he isn’t writing, teaching, or seeing clients, Adam is usually spending time with his wife and two girls, or his astrology friends. Ashley Elenbaas began her journey with plants as a young girl. Her love of the natural world led her to study Environmental Restoration in the Appalachian mountains of UNC-Asheville where she also began her deep appreciation for yoga and spirituality. Ashley blended these interests and directed a yoga studio while studying herbal medicine. She graduated from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2008 with a Masters of Science in Clinical Herbal Medicine.
For over 10 years Ashley worked as a clinical herbalist seeing clients out of her yoga studio/apothecary and teaches herbal courses online and in-person. Ashley loves to blend herbalism and spirituality and believes in the power of laughter while learning. She now offers weekly content on her YouTube channel, SkyHouseHerbs, leads herb walks, hosts womens circles, and teaches herbs to kids at local schools.
